When life seems to pause 

and somewhere you are lost 

dig deep all your thoughts 

through words, pour them out ..(1)

The 'Pause' Challenge' : A challenge by me, to myself, to inhale fragrance of lessons that everyday life gifts me invisibly !

The Masala Dosa 

I looked around, everybody had finished the breakfast, while I was still trying to finish my favorite Masala Dosa. He had been observing from the moment I took my first bite, my plate having arrived first among the whole group. While the clan had emptied their contents, I was hurrying to eat the leftover in my plate. The cooked batter continued to dirty my fingers, no matter how best I tried not to stain my hand. " You have eat Masala Dosa when its hot. Once it turns cold, it will stick to your hands" He advised me. I smiled and replied I would take care of that from next time. 

The Masala Dosa is crisp in the beginning. You try to relish , letting the taste bud give signals to brain as to how much you are enjoying it. So lost in its taste, you slow down to enjoy each bite. In the process, the Masala Dosa gets cold.You still continue to enjoy, but slowly, the batter begins to stick to your fingers, and now instead of enjoying, you want the dosa to finish off soon. The satisfaction turns into disturbance, and in the end, as annoying, wishing you hadnt ordered it at first place.

Most of the relationships are just like the Masala Dosa.
